What's the Point of Church: "Is Church Attendance Worth It?"

Think listening to podcasts is enough? Maybe you think grabbing a live worship event online will meet your aching needs? As Christians, we are called to more. Since, the beginning of the church, meeting together has always been a priority. In fact, meeting together was often dangerous for the people of the church! Despite that fact, believers met to strengthen their faith! With Covid having forced some of us to stay at home due to health conditions or other valid reasons. Let's ask ourselves, "What keeps us from attending church?". Maybe your attendance needs to be online? Awesome! Then do that! For those that can attend in person, many of us can honestly say we don't attend because we are tired, we made other plans or we even just need the whole day without any commitments. Regardless, if you attend online or in person..... are you attending? We are called in Hebrews 10:25: "Let us not neglect meeting together, as some have the habit of doing. Rather, let us encourage each other..."
So let's be honest with ourselves. Let's stop making excuses and get out of the "habit" of neglecting our church attendance. We need this practice in our spiritual growth!
