Bulimia Sucks | Kate Hudson Hall

In this interesting fireside chat, Kate speaks with the lovely Nikki DeBose who is a former model, host, and actress who has appeared on the covers of and in editorials for magazines such as Maxim, Glamour, Vogue, and Vanity Fair. She has a B.A. in psychology and will begin her doctorate program in clinical psychology in December 2021.

She is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Recovery Coach. She draws first-hand experience from a long-standing battle with eating disorders, childhood abuse, sexual victimization, addictions, and a wide range of mental health issues. She has authored and contributed to 4 books on mental health and eating disorders. Her memoir, Washed Away: From Darkness to Light recounts her life struggles and ultimate triumph over the mental disorders and addictions that plagued her for most of her life.
