In this episode, my guest is Jennifer Constantino of Infinite Ascension. Jennifer has been in the health and wellness field for over 17 years. Her health philosophy is all about aligning your physical body with your mental, spiritual and emotional bodies for higher vibrational living. She started out as a massage therapist and in the past 3 years, she has really tapped into energy healing because she finds that her method of healing is a lot more powerful than a private massage session. As a massage therapist, she sees a lot of people with chronic pain and issues.
Because of her intuitiveness, she realized that a client’s emotional health has a direct influence on your physical health and when emotional trauma is left untreated, it manifests itself into physical pain. Having gone through her own spiritual awakening and journeying through one of the toughest year of her life, it had forced her to take responsibility of her actions and really take inventory of what she was going through and make that commitment to create a different life where her past no longer had power over her.
