Jackie shares that as a woman, there is more pressure and expectations when it comes to balancing work, especially in an environment that is primarily male-dominated. In this conversation, she inspires women that they, too, can be successful in their jobs while raising kids and having a life outside work. Jackie highlights the importance of communication and accepting the fact that you can have it all if you want it. You just have to figure out a way and be flexible with it.
