Haryo is currently the EVP (Executive Vice President) and CSCO (Chief Supply Chain Officer) at Paragon Technology and Innovation (PTI), an Indonesian beauty company with the purpose of creating a greater good for the society through innovation. With more than 10,000 personnel all over Indonesia and an annual production of around 185 million pieces, Paragon has now become one of the largest cosmetics manufacturers in Indonesia. Prior to this role, Haryo was the Vice President of Supply Chain at Danone Waters in Indonesia. He also spent over 19 years at Unilever, where his last position was as the Group Customer Service Excellence - Planning Director, for AAR (Asia-Africa-Russia) region at Unilever Asia Private Ltd., Singapore.

Haryo holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). He is passionate about people, innovation, and continuous learning.
