Hello, I'm talking openly and honestly about depression, the effects its had in my life, the dynamics that get's us there and how to crawl out of that rabbit hole, either done by mini steps, leap or bounds, everyone's healing journey is important, relevant and essential in life.
I honestly hope with me exposing and sharing my life, you out there find some balance and comfort in knowing you are not alone, maybe even possibly find some healing in my pain and openness.
This life is to short to suffer away the precious days we are afforded.
I use to think my hurt was mine alone to bare, I was nearly dead wrong and exhausted physically and mentally, until I found love with in my self. Do not fret my friend, I will share how to revive your self a little bit in each podcast.
A little bit through humor, silliness and real life answers, until you no longer look in the mirror with fear, instead looking at your beautiful self.
Finding the true you, aside from what the world has made you to be as, created in its own and false image.
