Hello Barbell Radio listeners! Episode 67 of Barbell Radio I speak with Jason Tremblay, who is the Co-Founder and President of "The Strength Guys", an online Powerlifting coaching platform known for working with many elite athletes from around the globe. In this episode, I ask Jason about the early days of The Strength Guys back in 2011 and what he focused in ordered to create one of the most renowned/trusted coaching platform in such a saturated market, as well as about his personal journey of strength training and coaching. We also speak about his experiences on how he was able to develop his own coaching style and also shares his thoughts balancing both experienced-based practical knowledge and scientific evidence in Powerlifting programming.
