#42 CJ Clanor/ Only YOU Know How Hard You Trained, Mental Challenges as a Muay Thai Fighter, Training in Japan etc...
Manage episode 312657009 series 3240665
Episode 42 of Barbell Radio, I have my friend Cristian Joseph Clanor (CJ) who currently competes professionally in Muay Thai kickboxing in Japan. Recently CJ had won the IMC Intercontinental Middle Class Champion by knockout, going against, BOM Super Welter Weight World Champion/WMC Intercontinental Champion Kei Kakinuma. As a Phillipino American, CJ discusses his journey on getting where he is today training competitively in a foreign country, comments on his last fight at Battle of Muay Thail and his emotional fluctuations leading up to a fight. Combat sport is something that I take very high interest in and it was an honor to be able to ask CJ about his sport from my approach as a Powerlifter.
