Treat Your Employees as Individuals
A happy employee is more loyal and productive doing their tasks. When employees feel like they’re heard and valued, they acknowledge and work harder for your goals. Neil said in the episode that it is important to treat your employees the same and as individuals. The best way of building long-term relationships with any kind of connection is to treat them with respect.
