Aging is inevitable, it WILL happen, but HOW you age is up to you. Over the past 10 years of studying how exercise affects the aging process I have written blog posts and articles, delivered presentations at conferences all over the world and started this podcast to share what I have learned in an effort to help others learn how exercise can slow down the effects of time.
