Does the Global Shield against Climate Risks divide the African continent by cherry picking some African continent by promising them funds? Will seeking the international court of Justice to provides clarity necessary for countries to make better climate decisions at COP and at home help implementation of the Paris agreement and many other treaties on environment amd human rights?
