Nick Jay is a DJ, producer, and remixer from Melbourne, Australia.
It was identified early in his career that he has an ear and passion for great music delivering this in his sets consistently each and every time drawing crowds to clubs as he bought the floor alive.
In 2005 Nick signed his first single to Ministry of Sound (AU), I Don’t Give a Damn, which peaked at #11 on the Australian ARIA Charts and topped dance charts around the world.
He has had the pleasure of working with many talented artists such as Zoë Badwi, Séb Mont, Joey Dija, Inaya Day, Shelley Harland, Ruth Royall, Carlotta Chadwick, and Nicole Tyler to name a few, and has been remixed and or collaborated with world-class producers including Austin Leeds, Stonebridge, James Ash, Jean Luc, Andy Murphy, Steve Peach, Nalestar, 7th Heaven, Thomas Gold, Peace Maker plus plenty more not to mention having his tracks mastered by superstars such as Klaus Hill, Darren Ziesing and Pete Maher.
2021 has been an amazing year so far, releasing several singles including a cover version of MOTIV 8's iconic classic 'Rockin' for Myself' peaking at #20 on the ARIA charts, ‘Tonight (Dance with Me)’ peaking at #8 on the official UK Pop Charts followed by ‘Chasing Neon’, ‘Break the Chain’, ‘Crazy’ and finishing the year off with ‘Silence’ with no sign of slowing down yet…
