In this In The Club special you can hear the full interview with Ruari Fairbairns all about being sober curious. We talk through the reasons why people turn to alcohol and how to break those habits. Ruari quit drinking and it fundamentally changed his life. Together with his colleague they decided to create something to change the peer pressure around giving up drinking. They found a community of people and One Year No Beer was launched in 2016. There is now a book, a podcast and a community to support anyone and everyone to live an alcohol free life.
