This week's episode is all about not forgetting who you are and what you came out of. It's the holiday season and I know that for many women who grew up in dysfunction, it may be a difficult season. There are so many Mujeres who experience triggers around this time, and I truly wish that wasn't so. But I want you to know that there is nothing wrong with you. When you come from a toxic environment it's easy sometimes to go back to that little girl version of yourself.

Look Amiga, even if others talk about you, judge you, and still label you for the mistakes you made they don’t have authority over your life. You don't have to give them power over you! You are the expert of your life, and therefore you are the one that has authority over your life and over your story. Even if others talk about you for something that happened years ago, they are not the experts of your life.

If you are holding onto what people are saying about who you were back in the day, girl it's time to shake that off.
