In this episode, Minh and Matt sit down to talk about how the SDA environment has been going over the last 9 to 12 months within the NPA business. They discuss the new staff growth and services that NDIS Property Australia have begun to offer over the last 12 months as we adapt to these sector evolving for investors, and the need to provide as much value and support as possible to this dynamic space for all stakeholders.
It is important to note that we continue to promote SDA advice and consultancy when called upon, in order to give clients the choice to receive independent advice from our brands, even when such clients are getting serviced from other groups in the marketplace. We try to help where we can, and are very much focused on data and financial modelling within the SDA space to help better educate the investor community.
We have been terribly busy in our team and services growth, and we sincerely apologise for the lack of podcast episodes published over the past 2 months.
