A Normal Cycle
A normal cycle starts with a period. The first day of your period is considered day one of your cycle. Ovulation Usually occurs around the 14th of your cycle with an average cycle lasting anywhere from 21 to 35 days.
Now let’s look at various period problems, what’s going on and how to fix it.
Just as with any symptom we talk about here on the PCOS Repair Podcast it all starts with your current primary root cause. You can learn more about that by taking the PCOS Root Cause Quiz.
No Periods

This is common with PCOS, or thyroid problems.
This can be due to hormone imbalance such as too much insulin present on a regular basis, FSH and LH ratio disturbance, testosterone, coming off of birth control, nutritional deficiencies, stress, sleep disturbances, and being overweight.
Very Heavy Periods
What does this even mean …. It turns out I had heavy periods and just thought it was normal…. it's not like I’ve lived in other bodies to have a reference point.
In this episode, I will give you criteria as well as actionable ways to know if you might be having heavy
