Hey Mama!
The world does nothing, but take take take. Especially from us Mamas who are constantly trying to juggle all of the balls. That’s why I created this episode where I talk about Self Care and how you can create a system that is full of God centered self care rather than self care that is of the world.
The world’s definition of self care is like Tylonal, it only covers up the problem for a short period of time rather than getting down into the deep and solving the issue. God focused self care is done on a daily, weekly and monthly basis so that you are able to go through life as a happy, joyfilled mama who is able to handle the tantrums of life and pour into the ever ebbing flow of take that is the world.
