(マタイ5:7 JCB ) 親切であわれみ深い人は幸いです。そういう人はあわれみを受けるからです。

(Matthew 5:7 NLT) God blesses those who are merciful, for they will be shown mercy.

(マタイ25:31-40 JCB ) メシヤのわたしが、その栄光の輝きのうちに、すべての天使と共にやって来る時、わたしは栄光の王座につきます。 (32) そして、すべての国民がわたしの前に集められます。その時わたしは、羊飼いが羊とやぎとを選別するように、人々を二組に分け、 (33) 羊はわたしの右側に、やぎを左側に置きます。(34) 王として、わたしはまず、右側の人たちに言います。『わたしの父に祝福された人たちよ。さあ、この世の初めから、あなたがたのために用意されていた御国に入りなさい。 (35) あなたがたは、わたしが空腹だった時に食べ物を与え、のどが渇いていた時に水を飲ませ、旅人だった時に家に招いてくれたからです。 (36) それにまた、わたしが裸の時に服を与え、病気の時や、牢獄にいた時には見舞ってもくれました。』(37) すると、これらの正しい人たちは答えるでしょう。『王様。私たちがいったいいつ、あなたに食べ物を差し上げたり、水を飲ませたりしたでしょうか。 (38) また、いったいいつ、あなたをお泊めしたり、服を差し上げたり、 (39) 見舞いに行ったりしたでしょうか。』(40)『あなたがたが、これらの困っている一番小さい人たちに親切にしたのは、わたしにしたのと同じなのです。』

(Matthew 25:31-40 NLT) “But when the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit upon his glorious throne. (32) All the nations will be gathered in his presence, and he will separate the people as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. (33) He will place the sheep at his right hand and the goats at his left. (34) “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the creation of the world. (35) For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. (36) I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.’ (37) “Then these righteous ones will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry and feed you? Or thirsty and give you something to drink? (38) Or a stranger and show you hospitality? Or naked and give you clothing? (39) When did we ever see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ (40) “And the King will say, ‘I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!’

1.あなたは誰を助けられる？ Who Can You Help?

(Matthew 25:35-36 NLT) For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. (36) I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.’

(コロサイ3:23-24 JCB)人に対してではなく、主に対してするように、何事においても心からしなさい。 24報酬を下さるのは主キリストであることを忘れてはなりません。キリストは、所有しておられるものの中から、有り余るほどの相続財産を与えてくださいます。あなたがたは、この主キリストに仕えているのです。

(Colossians 3:23-24 NIV) Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, 24 since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.

2.蒔いたものを刈り取る We Reap What We Saw

(２コリンと9:6 NLT) しかし、次のことは心にとめておいてください。すなわち、少ししか与えない者は、少ししか受け取れないということです。少ししか種をまかない農夫は、わずかの収穫しか得られません。たくさんまけば、たくさん刈り取ります。

(2 Corinthians 9:6 NLT) Remember this—a farmer who plants only a few seeds will get a small crop. But the one who plants generously will get a generous crop.

3.神様が憐れみ深いから、私たちも憐れみ深くなれる

We can be merciful because God is merciful

(テトス3:5 JCB) 神は、私たちの罪のよごれを洗い落とし、心に聖霊を遣わして、新しい喜びで満たし、以前の悲惨な生活から救い出してくださいました。それは、私たちに救われる資格があったからではなく、ただ、神のあわれみによるのです。

(Titus 3:5 NIV) he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit,
