Hey Girl, welcome to this bonus episode of The Fearless Mujer. This is a Cafecito Chat that I had within the podcast community with friend and client Clairessa Cruz. This is our last episode for the year, and I'm so excited for this conversation. We are diving into living guilt-free while making space for yourself. So many times, as Mujeres we feel guilty for doing things for ourselves, and it's so important that as we enter the new year, we intentionally make space for ourselves because we are people too!

For the Mujer who wears many different hats, it's so easy to forget who you are and forget what it is that you desire to pursue.

As with all Cafecito Chats we talk about a little bit of everything. We are also getting real about growing up as a Latina and what it was like to have certain things expected from us.

Clairessa opens about her struggle with feeling guilty when it came to doing things for herself or making time for herself. She is also getting real and sharing what got her to the place where she knew that it was time to invest in herself, and shares her own fears about investing, and how it has impacted and literally transformed her.

Clairessa is a Graduate of UTA and has a Master’s in education. She is also a teacher, mother, sorority member of Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority Inc. She has a tutoring service and a YouTube channel where she assists parents and students.
