Hey Girl, welcome to this episode of The Fearless Mujer! Thanks for stopping by for another cup of virtual Cafecito. On this episode I'm diving into the struggle of not trusting yourself. When you grow up in trauma, dysfunction, or abuse sometimes it's really hard to trust yourself. When you grow up in a toxic environment, you don't always feel like you're in control, or have a voice and you may have even been manipulated. So, it makes it hard to make decisions for yourself. Maybe you've made many mistakes and people judged and critized you for that., or maybe you feel shame because of your mistakes. Whatever the circumstance was, I just want you to know that even if you've made the wrong decisions in the past, you are still capable of making the right decisions for your life.

I want you to know that you absolutely can rewrite your story no matter what you've been through or where you come from.

On this episode, I am also getting super vulnerable. I am sharing my story of how I got into podcasting and coaching. I didn't wake up and decide that this was what I wanted to do. After my daughter revealed a terrible secret, it was literally the pain that God used as my launching pad.

I am living proof that you can rewrite your story, and I want you to know that what has happened to you is not how your story ends.
