Ron has been competing at the CrossFit Games in the Masters division for a decade, and finished on top of the podium twice. Most recently he finished second at the 2021 CrossFit Games. He has also been to more than 10 Power Monkey Camps, and aside from being a giant of a human, he might be the kindest man we know.
