Adina WELSH, a Romanian native, came to Bulgaria in 1998 to consult in the redevelopment and letting Tzum, followed by the development of four new office buildings with Raiffeisen Property Holding International . Founder and board member of the Association of Commercial Buildings Owners, active member of the Bulgarian Green Building Council. In 2018 she was awarded “Real Estate Professional of the Year“ at the SEE Real Estate Awards in Bucharest.
Raiffeisen Property Holding International ( RPHI) has been active in commercial real estate in CEE for over 25 years. Originally set to develop and manage Raiffeisen Bank HQ in CEE it went on to become a niche landlord for major international companies. It has most notably developed: Sky Tower,Bucharest – still the tallest building in Romania Radisson Kiev – the first 5 star hotel in the Ukranian capital Space 2 Move, Vienna - later sold , the 3rd largest office transaction on the Viennese market.
In Sofia, RPHI has been active since 2002 developing so far 5 office buildings then they went on to develop 5 office buildings – the latest is the only LEED Platinum awarded in Bulgaria. The Expo 2000 Office Park with 33,000 sqm GLA currently has the best corporate tenant mix in town – Microsoft, Oracle, Ericsson, LÓreal, BMW, Disney, Novartis, Merck, Wolf Theiss and Raiffeisen HQ. The next project ( Expo Forest) is set next door on 25,000 land – where we shall develop 5 office building at the Borissova Gradina Park edge. Construction of building 1 should begin January.
