And so, he began Lexdan in 2019, and since then, they were able to grow the team where they have properties in 10 states with 27 members working on analyzing deals and managing assets. Today, Alex shares his journey, teaching finance and business law in various schools, investing in different asset classes, and finally getting into real estate.

Before Lexdan, Alex Talcott was a financial planning specialist and a managing partner at Seacoast Financial Planning. Here, they provided the highest quality comprehensive financial planning advice, strategies, and solutions for a lifetime. Alex also has vast experience in education. He began back in 2011 as an adjunct instructor for Global Economics and Global Issues at Newbury College.

After that, Alex served as a Legal Studies instructor at Virtual Learning Academy Charter School before working at Southern New Hampshire University. Not only was he an instructor for Business Law & Finance but also his faculty’s team lead. Years later, Alex served at Great Bay Community College as an adjunct senior lecturer.
