Welcome everyone to the NINTH episode of the GEEKING SQUAD PODCAST!

2020 continues to prove difficult, and after more unforeseen setbacks we're finally back again with episode 9 at long last!! It took a while but this was a fun one to record!

This podcast is hosted by Larry, Megan, and Vito from the Geeking Poetic Podcast Channel, and is centered around the various topics, news items, discussions and tidbits that are shared each week in the GEEKING SQUAD Group on Facebook. In each episode, your hosts choose certain topics that have been shared in the group and discuss them at greater length, adding in their own opinions and humor. The Geeking Squad group is open to anyone who is interested in discussing and sharing info and articles on various geeky subjects such as sci-fi, horror, comedy, action/adventure, cartoons, comic books, music, memes, UFO conspiracies, ancient history and legends and much more! We encourage people to join and post articles or topics that we can bring up on the show, and we'll be uploading a new episode on the first and third Wednesday of every month. The various things mentioned in this episode includes:

- Show opening and host introductions - Introducing new listeners to what the show and the Geeking Squad FB group are all about.

- WHATS SHAKIN BACON segment intro: - We lament the loss of Chadwick Boseman to cancer, but we are pleased to hear about Shuri possibly being the new Black Panther - Lots of Star Wars news: - Samuel Jackson to return as Mace Windu - Larry bemoans the fact that his co-hosts love "Attack Of The Clones". - New Mandalorian trailer - NASA finds Star Wars galaxy - Physicists crack mystery of teleportation - CBS all access to be redone into Paramount Plus - The hosts debate about streaming services like Hulu, CBS All Access, YouTube and others airing so many commercials. - Japan develops flying car, but the hosts are skeptical about it's practicality. - Vito shows his disappointment at the lack of space hotels and other advancements! - People saw the Goodyear Blimp and apparently mistook it for a UFO sighting! - Speaking of sightings, video has surfaced of possible ghost sightings in a Gettysburg cemetery.

- SQUAD TALK segment intro: - You can only keep two: junk food, alcohol, coffee, horror movies, superhero films, star wars, video games, metal , cats. The hosts each take turns trying to guess what each other's choices would be and why. Definitely some surprise answers are given!
