This week Maine and Zak recap the 2020 IBJJF pan championships that took place in Florida. We recap every single adult black belt final match and more action from the weekend. We also preview Fight to Win 154.

In our recap of the 2020 IBJJF Pans we kick it off with the men’s open weight, and then every single finals match from the heaviest to lightest divisions for both the men’s and women’s adult divisions. We discuss the change in the meta from years prior and how the purple and brown belts at Pans looked significantly different than they did earlier this year at the Euros.
